Shipping policy

All orders placed can have up to 4 working day turn around timeframe and they your postage time is additional which can be up to 48 hours 'domestic shipping'.

If our express service has been selected at checkout and is selected before 3pm Monday-Friday then we can guarantee next day delivery.

We do accept cancellations of orders within 1 hour of placing if we have been contacted via email. 
If you wish to cancel please contact us at  customerservices@dollywears.co.uk  along with your order number.
